Business PA - Chairman
Hong Kong, Salary £50,000-£60,000 per annum
Are you a Board level Business PA with overseas experience and looking for the next challenge in your career?
Our Hong Kong based client - a highly successful and charismatic Chairman - is looking for a well presented, articulate, hard working, Business PA who can comfortably adapt to new cultures and has the flexibility to travel with her for meetings within the SEA region.
The role demands three main elements:
Handling the logistics of schedules for meetings and travel.
Attending regular meetings with the Chairman, and taking the responsibility of following up with management and staff to ensure action points are completed on time.
Prepare and construct correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
First class organisational skills, exceptional written and spoken English, and experienced as a Business PA, you must be open to new ideas and styles of working with an enthusiasm to gain a good understanding of the hospitality business and the different cultures which you will encounter.
An affable personality is required yet the strength to 'make things happen' without 'ruffling feathers'.
You will be based in the Company Headquarters in Hong Kong.
First class skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Accommodation, if not resident in Hong Kong, will be provided.
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
