Our UHNW formal clients based in Jordan are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Maternity Nurse for the birth of their first child in August. The role will commence on 1st August and last for 8 months. During this time there may be travel to the US and UK, ranging from 5-10 days every few months.

This exclusive role requires a Maternity Nanny with warmth, compassion, calmness, and the ability to provide guidance and education when required, but also collaborate with the parents.

This role will be backed by a dedicated team and support staff, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional care during the 16-18 hour days.

Duties include:

• All nursery duties; providing exceptional physical care of the child
• Maintaining detailed communication with the parents regarding the child
• Travelling with the child and preparing for holidays, weekend visits, etc
• Monitoring the health and development of the infant, alerting parents to any concerns
• Being responsible for all equipment related to the care of the child, including the cleaning and maintenance of items such as sterilizers, buggies, car seats, etc
• Cleaning and tidying the accommodation provided for the Maternity Nurse
• Maternity Nurse is expected to be responsible for the baby throughout the night including feeding from the bottle

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Maternity Nanny
• Extensive experience of sole-charge infant care within private home
• Infant CPR and First Aid qualified
• DBS
• Must be flexible for travel
• Fluent English preferred; additional European language (desirable)
• Calm, patient, discreet, and trustworthy
• Respectful of parents' wishes and able to listen to concerns

Working Days: 6 -7
Working Hours: 16-18 hours
Location: Jordan
Accommodation: Nanny will share a bedroom with the baby when on duty, and a separate unit within the premises when not working
Start Date: 1st August 2024
Contract: 8 months
