Live-in House Manager
Italy, Umbria, Salary depending on experience
Our client, a single gentleman who uses this residence, with approximately seven bedrooms, for total relaxation alone or for entertaining many guests, is looking for an experienced House Manager who will oversee the smooth running of this stunning and luxurious Private Residence.
You would need to ensure the smooth running of this estate, the hospitality and care of guests, the management of staff, the supervision of contractors and suppliers (there is constant refurbishing works), liaise with the London office and his Chief of Staff there, the organisation of the accounts and responsibility for spending and the supervision of all related issues such as drivers, security staff, liaison with the pilot of the private jet, etc.
You must speak Italian, be a driver, have related experience, have an eye for detail and be a perfectionist in terms of seeing the small things that matter, must be good with people and be able to manage existing staff - some of whom have been working there for many years.
Start date April/ May 2017
