Head of Recruitment
Debbie joined Exclusive Household Staff with a wealth of PA experience spanning many years. After working for the Chief Executive of a financial company and then raising her family, Debbie joined a prestigious Private School working there for 10 years. During this time, her knowledge & experience helped build strong relations with staff, pupils and guardians, ranging from the Pre-Prep department, through to Boarding House.
As Head of Recruitment, Debbie leads and mentors the team of Consultants, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment process.
Debbie manages the Domestic Couple roles, as well as assisting Nicole, alongside Roxie, with the Nanny Desk.
Senior Consultant
Roxie has over 10 years' experience working in private households as a Nanny/Housekeeper looking after new-borns through to teenagers. Having two children of her own, Roxie knows first hand how important it is to get the right childcare, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from understanding the family’s needs to finding the perfect fit for the candidate.
Roxie works on the Housekeeping Desk alongside Emily, as well as assisting Nicole and Debbie on the Nanny Desk.
Senior Consultant
Dan possesses over 15 years’ hospitality and private service industry experience. Dan initially studied Catering at Thanet College, before moving on to work as Footman/Butler at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, followed by the British Embassy in both Washington and Paris. Dan then spent a few years as the Private Butler to a high-profile Swiss family serving royalty and highly esteemed guests all over the world. Prior to joining Exclusive Household Staff, Dan was the General Manager for over 6 years of a family-owned Boutique Seaside Hotel and Restaurant in Kent.
Dan manages all Permanent Butler and House Manager positions. Dan also manages the Temporary desk alongside Harriet. They specialise in offering temporary high-calibre private staff. The service extends to Housekeepers, Butlers, PAs, Domestic Couples, House Managers, and Gardeners, for short term needs. With a focus on excellence, Dan ensures that clients receive skilled, experienced professionals to manage household needs or enhance private events on a temporary basis.
Consultant
Donna studied Hospitality and Professional Cookery at Thanet Technical College before going on to cook in renowned kitchens including the RAC Country Club on the Epsom Downs. She has experience in many facets of Hospitality from managing a Catering business to working as a Nanny/ Housekeeper within Private Households.
Donna’s life experience, eye for detail, and ability to engage with people allow her to work alongside clients and candidates seamlessly.
Donna manages both the Permanent and Temporary Private Chef Desk.
Consultant
Emily joined Exclusive Household Staff as part of our office team to support our Consultants with all general office tasks.
Having progressed to the position of Consultant, Emily works alongside Roxie managing the Housekeeping Desk. With a focus on excellence, Roxie and Emily ensure that clients receive skilled, experienced professionals to manage their household needs.
Consultant
Nicole joined Exclusive Household Staff in 2021 as part of her Year in Business Placement during her University studies. Having now completed her BA (Hons) Business Management, Exclusive Household Staff are delighted to welcome Nicole back full-time from March 2025.
With over five years' experience in the retail industry, Nicole has a high understanding of customer service and the importance of organisation and attention to detail.
Nicole will be managing the Nanny Desk with assistance from both Debbie and Roxie.
Junior Consultant
Harriet joined Exclusive Household Staff in April 2025, bringing with her a background in hospitality, events, and client-facing roles.
Her natural people skills and attention to detail allow her to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Working alongside Dan on the Temporary Desk, Hattie helps place exceptional staff across a range of short-term roles. She also manages her own Permanent Desk, focusing on PAs, EAs, Estate Managers, Housemen, Gardeners, and Chauffeurs. Harriet is committed to delivering a bespoke, personal service where every client and candidate feels listened to, understood, and valued.
Strategic Business Advisor
After a fulfilling ten years with Exclusive Household Staff, most recently as Recruitment Director, and seventeen years as a Senior Consultant recruiting for private households, Jacqueline has now taken the step to retire. She has many projects in mind for her retirement in Lancashire, one of which being a Strategic Business Advisor to EHS, as and when called for.
Project & Training Manager
Paul is our Project and Training Manager. With a 25 year hospitality career spanning the Private, Luxury Hotel, and Corporate sectors, Paul brings unique and varied experience to The Exclusive Butler School.
After 4 years with the British Royal Family as Senior Footman, he went on to hold Head Butler and Household Manager roles with UHNW families, and at two of London's most prestigious hotels, Claridge’s and The Dorchester. Leaving London in 2019, he was Operations Manager for an award winning boutique hotel in Sussex, before joining Saga Ltd, as their Head of Front of House, overseeing their Catering, Events and Front of House multi-site operations.
Accounts Administrator
Stephanie graduated from Kent University and spent her early years in the bridal industry before working within office management for the past few years within the Recruitment sector. Stephanie processes company invoices and deals with all company accounts.
Account Manager
Emma brings over 23 years of experience in the accounting and administration fields having worked for a major blue chip company. She joins EHS in the position of Account Manager working alongside John, Stephanie, and Clare in an accounts and administration capacity.
Personal Assistant
Clare joins as Personal Assistant to the Founder and Managing Director of Exclusive Household Staff, bringing over 25 years’ experience from senior PA positions within a prestigious multinational company as well as a large US law firm.
As well as providing support to the Managing Director, Clare also assists the Accounts Manager when required and ensures that the Exclusive Household Staff database is maintained at all times.
Project & Training Coordinator, Exclusive Butler School
Morgan originally joined Exclusive Household Staff as part of our office team to support with all general office tasks. With this knowledge and experience, Morgan has now progressed to the position of Project and Training Coordinator for our sister company, Exclusive Butler School.
Morgan will coordinate all aspects of the 2-Week Butler Course, 2-Day Butler Training, 3-Day Housekeeper Course, as well as any Bespoke Training requirements. In addition, Morgan will be managing and running the Butler School social media platforms.
Before joining us, Morgan achieved her Science Diploma at Canterbury College. Morgan also gained significant experience within the hospitality sector, as well as being part of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets as a Corporal, and a staff member at Kent Police Cadet.
Office Administrator
Olivia joins Exclusive Household Staff as part of our Office Administration team working alongside Finlay. After studying business for 4 years at Broadstairs College, Olivia wanted to explore her opportunities further, and was eager to obtain more knowledge and experience within the private recruitment sector. Olivia aims to progress within her career, opening new doors as she goes.
Office Administrator
Finlay joins Exclusive Household Staff as part of the office administration team working alongside Olivia. After sports coaching for a year, Finlay decided he wanted a change in his career path and was keen to explore the private recruitment sector. Finlay aims to achieve knowledge and experience in the recruitment and business side of administration.
Houseman & Chauffeur
Nason joined Exclusive Household Staff, after a distinguished career with the Metropolitan Police, where he honed advanced police driving skills, and further experience in the Civil Service. He currently serves the Managing Director and his family as their Houseman, while also ensuring the EHS Office runs smoothly as Company Chauffeur and Handyman.
With expertise in driving and household management, Nason is also available for client jobs and works with the Exclusive Butler School, offering valuable skills and professionalism in every role.
