Our client, based in St Tropez, France, is seeking a Facilities Manager / Gardener on a full-time basis.  This is a secondary residence, so the family only visit on occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Minor repairs and maintenance of all buildings and objects in the house and on the property
• Technically versed (high-end technology throughout the whole residence - heating, ventilation, sanitation)
• Supervision and coordination of craftsmen
• Maintenance of the entire private garden area including lawn and plant care, watering, keeping the pool area clean and all work required to maintain the garden and driveway
• Maintenance of the vehicle fleet (manual washing of vehicles and refuelling)

Must haves:

• Many years of professional experience as a Facilities Manager / Gardener
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Valid EU passport
• Valid drivers licence
• Willingness to work at the weekends and during holiday season, when technical problems occur
• High level of discretion, reliability, and responsibility
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Fluent in English and/or German preferably

• Holidays: 26-30 days per year
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - occasional weekend requirement when the family are there in case any issues arise
