Our client is seeking an experienced Full-time House Manager who will preferably live in Munich, Germany.

The House Manager will oversee and manage the coordination of the following properties:

• Munich, Germany (4.500 sqm): Responsible for 2 Housekeepers + 1 Cleaner + 1 Facility Manager/Gardener
• Kitzbühel, Austria (1.500 sqm): Responsible for 1 Housekeeper + 1 Cleaner
• Saint Tropez, France (1.500 sqm): Responsible for 1-2 Housekeepers + 1 Cleaner+ Facility Manager/Gardener

Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of all staff
• Implementation of a 5-star standard in all homes
• Accounting and cost control
• Recruiting
• Regular personal check of all houses
• Supervision and coordination of craftsmen

Essential Requirements:

• High willingness to travel
• Many years of professional experience as a House Manager in an upscale household / high-class / VIP environment
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Experience in staff management
• Profound cleaning experience of high quality materials (marble, parquet / slate floor etc.)
• Valid EU passport
• Valid drivers licence
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• High level of discretion, reliability and responsibility
• High level of commitment
• Flat must be provided by oneself (help in finding is offered)
• Occasional cooking skills in low-carb cuisine (especially Asian/ Mediterranean) for occasional events would be a bonus but not essential

Hours: Full time, availability on certain weekends and public holidays is necessary
