Our client, with a secondary residence in Bedford, NY, is seeking a part-time Groundsman to care for the exterior of their property.
The property is based on 20 acres of land. The role is live-out so it is essential you are local and within a commutable distance from Bedford.
Duties include:
It is essential you have experience in a similar position and are a self starter who is able to use their initiative to maintain the grounds to an excellent standard.
Working days: 2-3 days per week, 8-10 hours per day – this is flexible depending on the candidate’s availability.
