Finlay joined Exclusive Household Staff as part of the office administration team working alongside Olivia.  After sports coaching for a year, Finlay decided he wanted a change in his career path and was keen to explore the private recruitment sector.  Finlay aims to achieve knowledge and experience in the recruitment and business side of administration.

Having now completed his 18-month apprenticeship Finlay is now working alongside Joseph on the Domestic Couple desk as a Junior Consultant whilst still supporting the adminstration team.
