We are seeking an experienced Butler/PA/Valet-focused and dedicated to one Principal in Riyadh, with international travel when required.  This hybrid Valet–Butler–PA role covers refined personal service, immaculate private quarters standards, tasteful procurement and gifting (including household textiles), light food and beverage service and hosting, travel set-ups, personal item readiness, and light admin.

Duties to include:

• Wardrobe/Valet (luxury included): Maintain the full wardrobe to best-practice standards (seasonal rotation, packing/unpacking, pressing/steaming, shoe care, simple inventory); coordinate specialist laundry/repairs/alterations.
• Private Quarters: Ensure immaculate presentation and finishing touches; flag and follow through with housekeeping/maintenance/vendors on any repairs or touch-ups until resolved.
• Tasteful Gifting & Procurement (textiles included): Select appropriate gifts and purchase linens/towels/bedding at the right quality; draft notes/cards with correct etiquette; manage sourcing, authenticity, deliveries, and returns.
• Food & Beverage and Hosting: Present light food and beverages; coordinate with kitchen/caterers/room service; greet and discreetly host guests.
• Travel Set-ups: Prepare hotel rooms to “home” standards, handle packing lists/day bags, liaise with hotels/airlines; manage small on-the-move requests.
• Personal Effects & Tech: Phones/tablets/wearables sanitised, charged, and organised (SIMs/chargers/adapters).
• Light Admin & Errands: Basic expenses tracking and confirmations; vendor coordination; local errands/personal shopping.
• Driving: No regular chauffeuring; able to step in only if required or if an errand necessitates.
• Languages: English preferable; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: SAR 9,000–12,500/month
Working hours and days: 6-day week; flexible hours when the Principal is in residence or travelling
