The principals are an English semi-retired married couple in their 60s without children.  They have the need for staff to maintain this prestige property to a very high standard.

Most of the time only the principals will be in residence, but weekend guests are likely to be there maybe once or twice a month.  It is likely that the principal will acquire dogs in the near future.  One of the principals works 4 days a week in London.

There are two Gardeners who will continue.

The recently purchased estate is south of Stowmarket in Suffolk, and comprises an 8 bed Georgian ex-rectory with two detached cottages for guests, outdoor pool and tennis court, and a detached 4 bed farmhouse with equestrian facilities set in 50 acres of paddocks, lawns, and formal gardens.  It is located on the edge of a small village in a rural setting.  All the accommodation has recently been redecorated/refurbished.

The 4 bed farmhouse is currently provided as accommodation for sole occupancy by the Couple.  This is recently refurbished, fully furnished with heating, electricity, water, and council tax paid.  Pets may be considered.
