Position Details:

• Location: Overton, Hampshire
• Accommodation: Live-in or live-out (separate accommodation available if required)
• Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (to be agreed with the family)
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Languages: Fluent German (preferred)
• Start Date: As soon as the right candidate is found

Candidate Requirements:

• Preferably fluent in German, with the ability to introduce and encourage the language naturally in daily routines
• Previous experience caring for toddlers in a similar role
• Warm, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Pet-friendly
• Flexibility to travel with the family up to twice a year

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing loving and attentive care for the child
• Planning and engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities to support learning and development
• Incorporating German into daily play, stories, and routines to aid language development
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
• Assisting with the evening and bedtime routine during weekdays
• Keeping play areas tidy, organised, and safe
• Taking the child on outdoor walks and local activities
• Liaising with parents to ensure consistency in care
• Light child-related household tasks
