Head Housekeeper / Chief Stewardess
Location: Weybridge, Surrey (inside the M25 – South West London)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (days off may vary weekly)
Working Hours: 09:00–17:00

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Housekeeper or Chief Stewardess to join a fully staffed private household of 7 family members in Weybridge. The ideal candidate will have a background in private households or yachting, bringing exceptional attention to detail, staff management skills, and a hands-on approach to household operations.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a UK citizen or have the legal right to work in the UK
• Fluent English preferred; Russian language skills are a significant advantage
• Strong yachting experience is highly desirable
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning products and their safe use on high-end finishes and delicate surfaces

Accommodation:

• A flat near the residence is provided, shared with another Housekeeper
• Alternatively, daily travel to the residence is possible

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will report to the House Manager and lead a team of three Housekeepers. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing daily housekeeping operations
• Training and supervising housekeeping staff
• Occasionally assisting with service duties
• Supporting the overall maintenance and smooth running of the residence
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the property

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience
• Leave Entitlement: 60 days per year
