Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Head Housekeeper / Junior House Manager to join a private household based in Milan. This is a hands-on yet supervisory role, suited to a candidate who is highly organised, technically minded, and confident overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a modern, fully equipped home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general running and organisation of the household
• Ensure all systems within the property are functioning efficiently, including smart home technology and electric gates
• Coordinate and support the household team, maintaining high standards across all areas
• Take a hands-on approach when required, assisting with housekeeping duties and ensuring everything is maintained to an exceptional level
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or mechanical issues within the home
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers when necessary
• Maintain organisation, structure, and seamless day-to-day operations

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a private household
• Strong understanding of smart home systems and general household technology
• Mechanical or technical background preferred
• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Team player with a flexible attitude
• Fluent Italian is essential
