Head Housekeeper
Location: Bahrain (main residence) with travel to London and Cannes
Working Hours: To be discussed – full time 8hrs a day with flexibility
Salary: Up to $6,000 net per month
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to support the smooth running of their private residences. The ideal candidate will be reliable, practical, and have a keen eye for detail, with previous experience managing and supervising housekeeping staff in private households. This is a hands-on role focused on overseeing day-to-day housekeeping rather than formal Butler duties.

Household setup:

• 2 houses in Bahrain (8 housekeeping staff at main residence)
• 1 house in London (2 housekeeping staff)
• 1 house in Cannes (variable staff; some staff travel from Bahrain or London)
• Family requires regular travel to London and Cannes

Duties to include:

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
• Monitor household stock and ensure no items, particularly kitchen products, have expired
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across all residences
• Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff as needed
• Travel with the family to London and Cannes when required
• Assist with minor household administrative tasks and general household logistics

Candidate requirements:

• Hold a European passport (required for travel)
• Previous experience managing or supervising housekeeping staff in private households
• Practical, hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy nature
• Flexible regarding live-in or live-out arrangements
