Job Title: Part-time Housekeeper/Nanny (5–6 Hours/Day, Monday to Friday)

Our clients are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Housekeeper/Nanny to support both the smooth running of their family home and the daily care of their young children. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and caring — able to balance household duties with childcare in a flexible and nurturing manner.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours per day: 5 or 6 hours
• Start times: Flexible, depending on candidate preference (e.g. 09:00–14:00, 11:00–16:00, or 13:00–18:00)
• Type: Part-time
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Salary: £30GPH DOE

Responsibilities:

Childcare/Nanny Duties:

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for the children
• Supporting with school runs, pick-ups, and drop-offs
• Organising creative, age-appropriate activities (arts & crafts, games, outdoor play)
• Preparing healthy snacks and light meals for the children
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times

Housekeeping Duties:

• General cleaning of the home
• Full house clean twice a week (thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Daily light cleaning as needed
• Laundry: washing, drying, ironing, folding, and putting away clothes and linens
• Tidying: making beds and keeping rooms orderly
• Light outdoor cleaning: wiping down furniture, soaping/hosing the patio (weather permitting)

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping and nanny experience in a private household
• Ability to balance household tasks with childcare responsibilities
• Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful of family privacy
• High attention to detail, organisation, and cleanliness
• Good communication skills and a positive, caring approach with children
• Must have the right to work in the UK
