A family based near Kensington is seeking a responsible, dependable, and proactive individual to provide structure, guidance, and support for two teenage children. The ideal candidate will act as a positive role model - encouraging good behaviour, self-discipline, and personal responsibility - while maintaining a calm and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor two teenagers, providing structure and consistency in their daily routines
• Ensure adherence to household expectations, including bedtime and screen-time limits
• Promote respectful behaviour, good manners, and accountability
• Accompany the teenagers to appointments, activities, or other outings as required
• Prepare and cook simple, healthy family lunches and dinners
• Offer guidance and act as a supportive, trustworthy presence in their lives
• Provide on-call cover as needed, ensuring the teenagers are supported and supervised at all times

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to set boundaries while maintaining a warm, approachable manner
• Flexibility to provide on-call support and work occasional weekends
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Additional Information:

• Private accommodation (bedroom and bathroom) provided within the family home
• Working hours and schedule to be agreed upon, with on-call cover and approximately one/two weekends per month required
• (Friday 12:00pm – Monday 10:00am, once/twice a month) Flexibility is required
