An exceptional opportunity for a polished and experienced CSP Lead to join a dedicated team serving an Ultra-High-Net-Worth client. This is a ROTA-based role (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off), primarily based in the UK but requiring full flexibility to travel internationally—especially to the USA and Europe.

This role would suit a professional from a luxury service background, such as private households, 5-star hospitality, aviation, yachting, high-end concierge, or butler roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the CSP team, setting the tone for 5-star, intuitive service
• Work in synergy with the House Manager, Chef, and wider team to deliver seamless experiences
• Oversee and deliver food and beverage service, wardrobe care, and general housekeeping oversight
• Confidently handle purchasing, inventory, and special requests
• Organise client outings, events, and manage reservations
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with luxury brands, designers, restaurants, and hotels on behalf of the Client
• Ensure the Client’s preferences are anticipated and exceeded at all times
• Take charge of event coordination, guest service, and household presentation
• Travel-ready with a calm, discreet, and professional approach

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in private service, luxury hospitality, aviation, or concierge
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Naturally proactive, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
• Warm, professional demeanour with a team-first mentality
• Well-presented with fluent English preferred; other languages an advantage
• Comfortable networking on behalf of the Client with top-tier contacts
• Confident in training junior staff and representing the Client’s high standards
• Fully flexible for international travel during rota period
