Our client is seeking a Live-in Domestic Couple for their residence in the Cotswolds.

The right candidates will join a team of household staff that travel with the principals.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in private house or alternative (5*+ hotel)
• Ability to use initiative and be proactive
• Previous experience as Butler/Housekeeper
• Energetic, flexible, and willing to learn
• Friendly, helpful, and approachable

Butler Duties: not limited to:

• Opening and closing of residence
• Animal care
• Cleaning of silver and brass
• Cleaning of the Butler’s pantry
• Assisting the HK team with heavier tasks
• Setting of tables and service of all meals
• Flower arrangement, in conjunction with Gardeners
• Running errands, general shopping
• Assisting team with the arrival/departure of guests
• Packing and unpacking
• Travel to other residences as required
• Driver is essential for the role and due to location

Housekeeper duties, not limited to:

• Opening and closing of residence
• Animal care
• Assisting the team when the principal is in residence
• General housekeeping duties
• Assisting the Butlers with service of meals as required
• Assisting with laundry, hand-washing, pressing and steaming etc
• Packing and unpacking
• Travel to other residences as required

Hours, remuneration and package:

• Accommodation will be provided, details TBC
• 5 days per week, additional hours will be required at busy times
• 28 days' holiday
• Company pension
• Circa £70k for the Couple DOE
