We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly collaborative Domestic Couple to join the team of a beautiful private estate in Tuscany working for a private family. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a professional, respectful, and supportive working environment in one of Italy’s most stunning locations. The estate is entering an exciting new phase with plans to be launched as a high-end exclusive luxury rental, therefore, prior experience in private households, luxury villas, or boutique hotel/hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Position 1 – Houseman

Primary Responsibilities

• Chauffeur duties and management / upkeep of vehicles (cleaning, servicing coordination, seasonal checks, fuel control).
• General property maintenance and hands-on handyman duties (small repairs, troubleshooting technical issues, fixing minor household issues, basic DIY, coordination of specialised external suppliers when needed).
• Daily upkeep of outdoor areas including pool area maintenance, terraces, walkways, blowing leaves, and light gardening work. (Two external gardening teams maintain the main garden areas.)
• Pool maintenance and cleaning, ensuring safe operation and water quality standards.
• Regular checks of main house technical systems (impianti) and reporting any malfunctions.
• Security support, and response to alarms or emergency calls.
• Coordination of external contractors and works together with the Estate Manager.
• Food & Beverage service duties when required – family-style table service.

Position 2 – Housekeeper

Primary Responsibilities

• Full laundry care with strong knowledge of fabric treatment, stain removal, delicates, and correct machine use.
• Fast and well-organised laundry operations and wardrobe management for the family.
• Ironing and wardrobe organisation to exceptional standards.
• High-quality housekeeping support, working alongside the housekeeping team when needed.
• Table setup and family-style table service, F&B assistance.
• Occasionally light cooking or meal preparation when requested (main chef on site).

Couple requirements:

• Experience working within a UHNW residence
• Italian speaking (does not have to be fluent)
• Russian and/or English speaking
• EU Passport holders

Accommodation: Apartment within the main residence with own separate entrance.

Working days/hours: Monday - Friday, 10 hours per day. Saturday, 4 hours per day (54 hours per week). When the principals are in residence, the Couple will work 7 days per week and will receive TOIL.

Salary: €4,000-€5,000 net per couple

Start Date: ASAP
