Our client, who resides in Dubai, is looking for a Travelling House Manager with Butler experience to join the team working closely with the Junior Butler who is currently based there too. This role is to start as soon as possible.

The Butler is responsible for providing a high level of service to the household and its guests along with the training needs of all staff within the household.

Duties to include:

• Manage the household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Oversee the household operations, including cleaning, laundry, and food preparation
• Provide personal assistance to the Head of Household, including running errands, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
• Greet and assist guests, including making dining and entertainment reservations, and providing directions and information
• Maintain the household inventory and ensure that all supplies are in stock
• Plan and execute events, such as dinner parties and social gatherings
• Handle special requests from guests and the Head of Household
• Always maintain a professional and discreet demeanour

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a Butler or a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working days: 6 days a week
Working hours: minimum 12 hours per day with flexibility
Accommodation: is included; there will be hotel accommodation for the interim then a separate living space will be provided at a later date
