Description:

A professional, proactive and highly organised Live-in Housekeeper/PA is sought for a private four-bedroom, four-storey residence in Barnes. This is a long-term, full-time position combining hands-on housekeeping with light personal assistant duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the household.
The principals are in residence approximately one week per month, therefore the successful candidate must be confident working independently, taking initiative, and managing the home autonomously while maintaining consistently high standards.
This role would suit a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude who is discreet, security-conscious, and takes genuine pride in creating a well-run and welcoming home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the home to an immaculate standard
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Keeping on top of the overall organisation, presentation, and upkeep of the property
• Light PA and administrative support as required
• Arranging, liaising with, and providing access to tradespeople and contractors
• Managing household supplies and ensuring the home runs efficiently
• Ensuring the property remains secure and security-conscious at all times
• Occasional care and walking of a small dog when the principals are in residence
• Open to cooking for the principals when they are in residence (not essential)
