Our client, with a residence in Rutland, is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to start ASAP.

The residence is a large 10-bedroom property, consisting of 2 adults and 2 grown-up children and their 3 dogs, therefore, being comfortable around animals is a preferred.

There is a cleaner that comes in daily, and roles will be split accordingly.

The Housekeeper will need to work to a high standard, be efficient, and manage their time well.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• All general housekeeping
• Laundry
• Some ironing (most will be sent out)
• Organising the household
• Oversee and manage contractors
• Confident with meeting and greeting guests - answering the door
• Assisting with cooking - would be a plus (not essential)

The ideal person:

• Energetic
• Bubbly
• Hands on
• Flexible
• Great eye for detail
• Non-smoker
• Mandarin or Tagalog speaker would be useful 

Location: Rutland, Midlands (near Leicester) 
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working days: 5 days per week

Accommodation: A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment can be furnished if preferred, attached to main residence but accessed via separate entrance, lounge, small kitchen, shower - all bills included

Salary: £600 NET per week- Circa £40,000 GPA
