An experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Family Assistant is sought to join a welcoming private household in Marbella, supporting a family in maintaining a calm, elegant, and well-organised home environment. Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen
• Laundry care and ironing, including delicate garments and wardrobe organisation
• Regularly changing bed linens and towels, ensuring a hotel-standard presentation
• Preparing simple, healthy family-style meals when required and assisting with kitchen cleanliness
• Organising wardrobes, children’s play areas, and storage spaces neatly and efficiently
• Monitoring and restocking household supplies, groceries, and toiletries
• Collecting the family’s 6-year-old daughter from school and accompanying her to activities
• Providing light assistance with snacks, school uniforms, and maintaining tidy play areas
• Supporting the smooth daily running of the household and assisting with errands as needed

• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility
• Warm, kind, and engaging with children while maintaining clear boundaries and structure
• Experienced within luxury private households, villas, or high-end hotels
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and presentation standards
• Confident driver with a valid licence and good local knowledge
• Fluent in Spanish (intermediate) and basic English preferred
• Flexible to travel occasionally within Europe

Package

• Salary: €2,000–€3,000 per month (depending on experience)
