We are recruiting for a Full-time Nanny to join our client's team of Nannies based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The family have 3 children, a 4 year old and 1 year old twins.

We are looking for a Nanny who is pro-active, well organised, flexible, and a team player, with excellent communication. Their little girl, aged 4, currently attends nursery in the mornings and enjoys a variety of different activities in the afternoon. She is thriving off being in a busy, but well-structured routine and it is important that the new candidate is able to follow this, ensuring consistency throughout.

The family is keen for the little girl to be supported academically with a variety of different fun and engaging activities and resources to ensure a well-rounded and concrete foundation, working closely with her nursery and ‘western approaches’ to ensure any gaps in her learning are identified and fully supported, as well as extending her in areas where possible. Building her love for learning is crucial, and they want their new Nanny to role model manners, eating together with the little girl, supporting and stretching her interests, whilst providing a fun and safe environment for the little girl to thrive. The family is very welcoming and want the Nanny to feel included and part of their family.

The twins are enjoying reaching their milestones, and the new candidate should be able to support menu plans and menu etc. Likewise, as the twins get older it is important to work alongside other staff to ensure they are supporting the twins' daily schedule including finding engaging activities etc. The new Nanny is to also support the family’s Chef in ensuring that the children are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet with a mix of western and local/Indian dishes.

This position involves working with a lot of long standing, local staff and other Nannies who are supportive and will work in a ‘support assistance’ capacity when needed, but it is imperative that the Nanny is polite and supportive of their involvement.

Accommodation: Separate apartment close to the family home, fully furnished.

As there is international travel throughout the year, the new candidate has to be someone who is used to working this way and in a busy UHNW household, with flexibility, discretion, and organisation key, but also used to working away from home for extended periods.

The start date is ASAP and the salary is competitive.
