Live-In Nanny – Marbella, Spain
Start Date: As soon as possible
Hours/Days: 6 days a week; full-time hours
Salary: €2,500–€3,000 per month (negotiable, contract optional)
Accommodation: They ask for you to sleep in with the baby for the first few months.  A private living area within the family home is provided to ensure your privacy.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely family based in central Marbella, residing in a newly built, high-spec villa. The household consists of a couple and their two children aged 6 and 1. The family is seeking an experienced and proactive Live-In Nanny to take full responsibility for the care of their youngest child (aged 1).  There is another Housekeeper/Nanny that will take care of the 6 year old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sole charge of the youngest child, including all aspects of her daily care and wellbeing
  • Planning and leading stimulating, age-appropriate activities
  • Managing routines such as feeding, naps, and play
  • Child-related housekeeping duties
  • Occasional travel with the family
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with infants and toddlers in private households
  • Fluent in English preferred
  • Russian and Spanish speaking preferred, but not essential
  • High-level, polished, and professional approach
  • Proactive, independent, and positive demeanour
  • Open to occasional short trips
  • Looking for long-term stability
