Live-in Nanny
Hours: 40hrs a week across 5 days a week
Accommodation: to be discussed upon interview
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP

A busy and active family based on the Solent are seeking an energetic, organised, and proactive Nanny to assist with their three sporty and creative children (aged 14, 12, and 10). This is a varied role for someone outdoorsy, kind, calm, and flexible, who enjoys family life and can adapt to a dynamic schedule.

About the Children:

• Boy (14): Competitive sailor (boarding school)
• Girl (12): Budding actress (boarding school)
• Girl (10): Competitive rider (living at home/local school)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support with childcare, logistics, and household organisation
• Oversee school pick-ups, including local travel and journeys to/from boarding schools
• Support with homework and light educational guidance
• Assist with sports equipment preparation and logistics for competitions and activities
• Simple food preparation and family-style meals
• Babysitting and occasional overnight care when required
• Provide admin and scheduling support for the children’s busy sporting and extracurricular activities
• Accompany the family on occasional overseas travel

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous childcare experience
• Highly organised, responsible, and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
• Energetic, outdoorsy, and happy to be involved in family activities
• Comfortable around animals (the family have horses, dogs, cats, and chickens)
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Flexible to adapt working hours around term time and school holidays
