We are looking to place an experienced and innovative Private Chef for our client's main residence in Hong Kong.

The Principals - who are both successful and well-respected business people - have two young children and a friendly golden retriever dog.  The residence is located on the south side of Hong Kong Island.  The household is fully staffed with Housekeepers (x5), Nannies (x2), Drivers (x3) and Cook (x1).  However, the key is now to establish a Private Chef who will plan, create and provide nutritious, healthy meals for the family and guests (and staff).  Ideally you will also have some experience in managing household staff and overseeing the running of the residence.

You will be reporting directly to the Principals, preferably speak good English, and it would be a bonus if you speak or have an understanding of Mandarin (although not essential).

The family preference is that you know Hong Kong, or have had exposure to living and working in Asia.  The family do entertain and have guests to their residence on a fairly regular basis so you may expect some days to be working longer hours.

Essentials for this opportunity are proven longevity as a Private Chef within high profile private households and glowing references from previous employers.

Working days:  6 days per week

Accommodation:  Separate accommodation is provided (one bedroom apartment)

Salary:  Depending on experience to date
