Our client is looking for an experienced Butler for a residence in Knightsbridge, London. They require a candidate with previous private house experience who can multi-task and prioritise duties, great communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests
• All aspects of food and drink service for lunch and dinner parties
• Co-ordinating and purchasing food for the household cook
• Inventory and stock management
• Care for silver, china, crystal, and art
• Table settings / floral arranging
• Driving the principals as well as running errands
• Management of the house – tradesmen, general running, wine stock
• Valeting, packing and unpacking
• Dog care and walking

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' private household experience
• Must be a commutable distance from Knightsbridge
• Must be able to drive with a clean UK Driving Licence
• Availability to travel

Working Days: 5-days a week.
Working Hours: 10-hour shifts, 9.30am-6.30pm apart from the days when entertaining and finish time will be later.  Some pre-arranged weekdays or weekends at the employer's country house during the year with time off in lieu.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
