Live-out House Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity available on the South East coast of France, close to Monaco.  Our clients are searching for an experienced House Manager to oversee the running of their beautiful private property.

It is preferable you speak both French and English fluently, and have knowledge in the area, be assertive in managing any situations with the property, staff and the family demands.

Be proactive and have excellent organisation with attention to detail in line with super yacht and/or 5-star hotel presentation.  Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an UHNW Private family.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the development – the building, gardens and grounds – in an efficient and effective manner such that a safe, secure, well maintained and pleasant environment is maintained.
  • It will involve a proportion of client contact, conducting negotiations and reviewing documents.
  • Managing all the suppliers/contractors.
  • Handling household bills and administrative duties.
  • Running errands and performing necessary tasks.
  • Supervision of other household staff, such as Housekeepers, Private Chefs, Nannies or Governesses.
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project.

No accommodation is offered so candidates already settled In the area would be preferred.  We are looking for someone long term in this role.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
