This welcoming and respectful household, with one young baby girl, is seeking a highly professional full-time Head Housekeeper to join their long-standing team. The role is based in a fully staffed private residence, working closely with other household staff to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standard at all times. We are looking for a candidate with sufficient experience, who is energetic, highly organised, able to anticipate the needs of the household, and has shown longevity in previous roles. This is a long-term appointment for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
• Laundry management, including delicate garments, bed linens, and wardrobe organisation
• Ironing and clothing care to a high standard
• Changing bed linens and towels as needed
• Maintaining household organisation and tidiness
• Assisting with table setting and occasional service when required
• Managing cleaning supplies and notifying when restocking is needed
• Coordinating with other household staff (chef, drivers, nanny) to ensure smooth operations
• Running light errands when required

• Must have native-level fluency in spoken communication
• Discreet, respectful, and trustworthy, with complete confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Highly organised and efficient with strong time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without supervision
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Warm, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic for a busy household environment
• Previous experience in a high-end private home is highly desirable
