Overview

A warm and welcoming family based in Wentworth, Surrey is seeking a caring, experienced, and proactive Nanny to care for two children aged 8 and 4 years old.

The family are looking for a professional and nurturing candidate who is confident working within a fully staffed household and who can support the children’s daily routines, development, and wellbeing. The role will involve an early start with significant downtime during school hours, followed by afternoon and evening childcare duties.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, highly organised, and confident in managing busy family routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning routine support and school preparation 
• School drop-offs and collections 
• Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities 
• Supporting learning, development, and educational progress 
• Assisting with homework and school-related tasks 
• Organising playdates and social activities 
• Supporting bedtime routines 
• Maintaining structured and positive daily routines 
• Liaising with parents regarding schedules, activities, and updates 
• Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household 
• Maintaining a professional, discreet, and respectful approach 
• Supporting emotional and developmental needs of the children 
• Remaining flexible to family routines and requirements 

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role  
• Enhanced DBS certificate (essential) 
• First Aid certification preferred 
• Energetic, caring, and proactive personality 
• Strong organisational and communication skills
