Live-Out Maternity Nurse (Day or Night Cover) — Two Positions

Our clients, first-time parents based in Knightsbridge, are seeking two experienced, Russian-speaking Maternity Nurses to support them following the arrival of their first baby, due 8th December. One nurse will provide day cover and the other night cover, working alongside each other to ensure round-the-clock continuity of care.

The family consists of two Principals, their first baby, and one dog. No other staff are employed within the residence.

The successful candidates will be calm, experienced and confident newborn specialists, comfortable supporting first-time parents through the early months. Fluency in Russian is essential.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

• General maternity nurse duties, including feeding, bathing and hygiene routines
• Establishing healthy sleep and feeding routines for the baby
• Supporting and guiding first-time parents through the early weeks
• Baby's laundry and keeping the baby's areas tidy and organised
• Offering practical and emotional support to the parents
• Working collaboratively with the second maternity nurse to ensure smooth day/night handovers

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent Russian speaker (essential)
• Recognised Maternity Nurse qualification/training
• Proven experience with newborns in a private household setting
• Up-to-date DBS check and First Aid certification
• Right to work in the UK
• Calm, discreet and professional manner, comfortable working with first-time parents
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to commit to the full contract length
