We are recruiting multiple Technician roles for our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The positions include Technician and Technician Supervisor.

Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety standards. Supervisory and senior roles manage teams, coordinate technical projects, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities: For All Technician Roles

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of assigned equipment or systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate technical equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance or repairs with minimal operational disruption.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory in good condition.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff or trainees when required.
• Report major issues to supervisors or management and recommend solutions.

For Supervisory & Managerial Roles

• Carry out routine inspections of buildings, services, and equipment.
• Report on repairs and maintenance requirements of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as carpentry, paintwork, general building, and landscaping.
• Monitor the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule on site.
• Ensure efficient completion of day-to-day departmental tasks.
• Offer guidance and training to less experienced team members, and organise staff to ensure knowledge and skills are effectively transferred.
• Urgently respond to alarms and breakdowns, and coordinate required remedial actions, which may include firefighting, emergency shutdowns, or personnel evacuation.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to implement repairs and maintenance, and prioritise resources to ensure all buildings, services, machinery, vehicles, and associated equipment remain in optimum operational condition.
• Support the Chief Engineer with inspection reports and checklists.
• Monitor contractors and service providers on site and report any issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical diploma, certification, or relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar technical role in 5* hotels, facilities, industrial, or commercial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of systems, equipment, and tools relevant to the specialty.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• English proficiency preferred.
• For supervisory/managerial roles: 3–5 years of experience in technical leadership positions.

• Basic Salary from 7,735 SAR to 8,925 SAR per month depending on the role.
