Norfolk, Norwich, Salary circa £11.00 gross per hour
A super opportunity for an experienced part-time Housekeeper who is competent in their abilities to take care of our client's new family residence in Norfolk. A few minutes' drive from Norwich, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
The female principal will be in residence for 3-4 days per week and the male principal mainly at weekends. Both children - now in their early twenties - are overseas but will return for holidays at Christmas and in the summer, and eventually when back in London for work will spend weekends in Norfolk.
The family have two dogs - one who is 12 and the other just 7 months - both (well behaved) border collies. The property includes about 60 acres so you won't have to walk them as such, but will need to let them out regularly and make sure they return safely.
The main responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and care of the Grade I listed residence, which has 7 bedrooms although only one used on a regular basis. There are a team of Gardeners who tend to the grounds.
You should have excellent general housekeeping skills and ideally some good basic cooking skills in order to prepare breakfast. The level of housekeeping, however, is the priority. Duties will include greeting of guests and flower arranging. It should be noted that some renovation works are continuing so you must be happy to have this going on around you initially.
Excellent housekeeping skills, good spoken English and someone who is looking for a long-term, part-time role.

You will also be required to work some Saturdays, although not on a regular basis. The hours would also be 8.00am-12.00pm
