About the Role:

A respected royal household in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a talented and disciplined Chef de Partie to join their private kitchen team. Under the guidance of a newly appointed Head Chef and experienced Sous Chef, you will take ownership of your station and contribute to the preparation of refined, family-style meals with international flair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your assigned station independently and efficiently, ensuring food quality and presentation are always of the highest standard
• Prepare a variety of international dishes
• Assist in daily mise-en-place and service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in executing menu plans and special requests
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations
• Communicate clearly with the team and take direction well
• Be flexible and willing to support other sections as needed
• Participate in special events or formal functions when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a fine-dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private household
• Solid technical skills in your area of expertise (eg, hot section, cold section, pastry, etc)
• Passion for international cuisine and continuous learning
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing needs
• Preferably fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• High level of personal cleanliness and professional appearance
