Our clients, an informal but professional couple, are a seeking a highly experienced EA who will be based at their residence, based in the South-West area of Hertfordshire.

The EA will be looking for a long-term post, working closely with the principals and extending a professional relationship with the family and their team.

Duties include, not limited to:

  • Managing principal's business/personal diary
  • Calendar management
  • Management and recruitment of domestic staff
  • Bookkeeping: invoices and bills
  • Managing the principal’s other residence based in Hertfordshire
  • Household procurement and implementing systems
  • Project management
  • Family gatekeeping
  • Lifestyle management
  • Supporting the clients in a business capacity will also be required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Switched on and smart thinking
  • Proactive and excellent at using their initiative, experienced at ‘finding the solution’
  • Flexible with an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
  • Previous private house experience required
  • Strong sense of initiative and independence
  • Experience in renovating and/or managing large country residences and is confident dealing with contractors and third-party suppliers
  • The EA will occasionally travel to London when required
  • Excellent references required
  • Proven longevity required
  • Full driving licence

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm/6.00pm with flexibility

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 DOE gross per annum
