An informal private household in NW1 is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare healthy, balanced meals for a young couple. Preparing lunch and dinner on working days, with a focus on macro-balanced, nutritious meals. Calorie counting and portion control are required. Additional meal prep for non-working days is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare varied, seasonal menus tailored to dietary preferences
• Ensure meals are balanced in protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats
• Provide accurate calorie counts and macro breakdowns per meal
• Cater confidently to both vegetarian and meat-based diets
• Batch cook and portion meals for the week
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients (if required)

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a private household cook or similar
• Strong understanding of nutrition, calorie tracking, and macro balancing
• Confident cooking vegetarian and meat dishes
• Organised, discreet, and self-sufficient
• Comfortable working in an informal home with no other staff
