Are you a Private Chef with extensive experience of traditional Indian cuisines and have longevity within a Private Household?

Our UHNW clients, with beautiful residences in Kensington and Surrey, are seeking a Private Chef to join their established team of staff. This unique role is for a Private Chef with a superior knowledge of Punjabi, South Indian, Gujarati, Rajasthani, and Marathi Indian cuisines. You must be familiar with Indian culture, and able to work alongside the International Chef.

This 5-day role includes working weekends, with occasional travel to their weekend residence, and potential travel to Europe.  Flexibility is imperative for this role, as you will need to adapt to last-minute requests.

This really is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established household team with many long-standing members of staff.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Preparing lunch and dinner or breakfast and lunch when required - Punjabi, South Indian, Gujarati, Rajasthani, and Marathi cuisines
• Keeping the kitchen clean - reporting any issues
• Ensure the kitchen and pantry are fully stocked
• Stock checks / ordering
• Liaising with the International Chef

It is a MUST that you possess the following:

• Candidates should be at ease in a family environment, and have a solid background in Private Households
• Be incredibly organised and efficient
• Must be legally able to work in the UK
• Experienced with vegetarian cooking
• Indian cuisine experience - Punjabi, South Indian, Gujarati, Rajasthani, and Marathi
• Flexibility with working hours / days
• Current DBS
