Our client is seeking a Private PA to support them with their busy day-to-day schedule.

This role would suit an energetic, friendly and flexible PA who is not afraid of showing willingness and is happy to get stuck in with any task. The role will involve many aspects, ensuring every day is different.

Although the office is based in Central London, the PA will be required to travel in and around London, running errands and generally assisting the client with their requirements. This is not a predominantly desk-based role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the diary for both meetings in the office and personal appointments - maximise the time of the Principal - ensure all corresponding arrangements are made, eg agendas and documentation
  • Travel arrangements and accommodation booking
  • Ad hoc personal errands, ie booking appointments, personal shopping/ordering
  • Project management
  • Running errands, personal shopping, collecting dry cleaning
  • Assisting with the client with their business matters

This position works with people at all levels, so it is important to be able to build and maintain those relationships whilst always maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement.

Flexibility to be available to work out of office hours, including weekends

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexibility required to work evenings and weekends
