A London-based UHNW family is seeking a talented and proactive Private Sous Chef to join their high-end household. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career chef with experience in Michelin-star restaurants, luxury yachts, or private households to learn and grow under the guidance of the family’s Main Chef while contributing to a warm, collaborative, and professional culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Main Chef to support the preparation and execution of daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for the family
• Assist with menu preparation, cooking, plating, and service, ensuring consistent quality and presentation standards
• Maintain the kitchen’s cleanliness and ensure food safety and hygiene practices meet the highest standards
• Support with kitchen set-up, inventory and stock control, as well as general operational tasks
• Assist in hosting and catering for private events, dinners, and gatherings, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take feedback, and further develop fine dining techniques under the Main Chef’s mentorship
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals for the household staff team

Requirements:

• Early-career chef with strong foundations in fine dining; experience in Michelin-star restaurants, luxury yachts, or private households is highly desirable
• Hard-working, proactive, and able to operate efficiently with guidance and direction
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communicative, adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Professional, reliable, discreet, and comfortable working within a private UHNW household
• A culinary portfolio or examples of previous work are a plus but not essential
• Willingness to travel occasionally with the family.
