Job Title: Russian Speaking Head Housekeeper

Overview:

A Russian-speaking Head Housekeeper is required for a private family home in Kensington. The household consists of two parents, three children (ages 18, 14, and 6), and two small dogs. The property spans three floors and includes a swimming pool. The family currently has a live-in housekeeper, additional staff coming in three days a week, and occasional help as required. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the household, managing the domestic team, and maintaining the home to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Light cooking may be required on occasion
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the home, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organisation
• Wardrobe management, laundry and packing
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the household
• Manage household inventory, stock, and ordering supplies
• Support family needs, including light childcare assistance if required
• Manage cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool and general property upkeep
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Act as first point of contact for contractors, deliveries, and visitors to the home

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper in a private household
• Russian-speaking and English fluency preferred
• Experience managing a domestic team
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
• Comfortable with pets (small dogs)
• Flexibility to work full-time hours and occasionally adjust to family needs

Working Hours:

• Full-time, live-out role
• Occasional flexibility required depending on household schedule

Salary & Benefits:

• Circa £55,000 DOE
