Our client is seeking a Live-out or Live-in Housekeeper for his large, stunning residence in Bonn, Germany.

The principal who frequently travels, requires a flexible Temporary Housekeeper to oversee and handle the day-to-day running of his main residence, and to occasionally manage his smaller residence in Cologne.

The Housekeeper should be willing to be hands on. Although some previous experience working in private house is required, the client is seeking a hard-working and flexible Housekeeper who can develop with the role.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Full housekeeping, cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, etc
• Laundry duties
• Animal care - which includes dog and donkey care
• Occasional cooking of simple meals at least twice a week
• Assisting with catering when the principal is entertaining
• Driving duties
• Preparing for arrival/departure of the principal, family and guests
• Providing security

Requirements:

• Some previous private house experience required
• Good spoken English and/or German preferred
• Willingness to learn German
• EU passport holders
• Flexible and accommodating
• Take pride in their work
• Full drivers licence

Working hours: Based on a 40-hour week. Flexibility required to work weekends if the principal is in residence.
