Overview

A warm yet formal UHNW household in Chelsea is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced live-in nanny to support the care of two bright and active boys aged 4 and 7.

This is a temporary, 24-hour live-in role within a fully staffed private residence. The boys attend school full-time (Monday–Friday), so duties will primarily include school drop-offs and pick-ups, managing after-school activities, and overseeing routines. You will be working alongside another Nanny, but must be confident taking sole charge when required.

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Development

• Sole and shared care of two school-aged boys
• School drop-offs and pick-ups (Chelsea)
• Managing extracurricular activities, playdates, and busy schedules
• Supporting homework and academic engagement
• Planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Maintaining structure, routines, and clear boundaries

Child-Related Household Duties

• Coordinating children’s calendars and liaising with the PA
• Preparing school bags, sports kits, and activity materials
• Wardrobe management
• Packing/unpacking for travel and accompanying family if required
• Keeping children’s areas organised and well maintained

Collaboration

• Working harmoniously within a fully staffed household
• Professional communication with principals and PA
• Reporting health/safety matters promptly
• Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality

Candidate Requirements

• Significant experience within UHNW or fully staffed private households
• Polished, articulate, and highly professional presentation
• Calm authority with strong emotional intelligence
• Extremely organised and proactive
• Confident managing busy diaries and multiple commitments
• Travel experience with families preferred
• Flexible and adaptable
• Up-to-date First Aid
• Excellent, checkable references

A positive, energetic disposition and genuine passion for child development is essential.
