A professional couple are seeking a highly experienced and fully qualified Maternity Nanny to provide exceptional care for their infant who will be 5 months at the start of placement. The Maternity Nanny will spend one week with the family at their home in Devon and will then accompany them on their two-week holiday in Majorca, Spain.

Duties include:

• All nursery duties and hands-on care including feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, and maintaining routines
• Following the parents' approach and requests, offering guidance where appropriate
• Monitoring the health, safety, and development of the newborn, alerting parents to any concerns
• Housekeeping such as laundry, sterilizing bottles, and keeping the home/villa tidy
• Cooking for infant, with the flexibility to cook for the whole family when on holiday in Majorca
• Packing for the infant, with flexibility to assist parents

Candidate requirements:

• Fully qualified/certified Maternity Nurse with extensive experience of caring 24/7 for infants of the same age within private households and whilst travelling on holiday
• Recent DBS and Paediatric First Aid
• Well-presented, mature, calm, confident, organised, discreet, and respectful of family-time/privacy
• No allergies to or fear of dogs (there are two dogs in the household)
• Non-smoker, strong swimmer, healthy, and accustomed to travel
• Fluent English (preferred); Spanish (desirable)
• Driver (desirable)

Working schedule: 24/5 or 24/6, for three weeks
Location: First week spent in Devon, UK; second and third week spent in Majorca, Spain
Accommodation: Private bedroom in both locations
Start date: 1st week of June 2024
Duration of contract: 3 weeks
