Private Head Chef

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with frequent UAE & international travel)

Salary: €9,000 per month

A prestigious private household is seeking a highly skilled Head Chef with a luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant background to lead culinary operations across multiple private residences, primarily in Abu Dhabi, with regular travel both regionally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a commercial-grade kitchen within private residences
• Lead and train a team of kitchen staff (team size to be confirmed)
• Deliver exceptional international cuisine, with a strong focus on Italian, Asian, and Japanese dishes
• Oversee buffet-style service and ensure high standards of presentation and hygiene
• Plan and execute menus for formal and informal dining, events, and travel

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining restaurants
• Previous experience in private residences is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, flexibility, and discretion
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
• Able to start within the next month

Package:

• Starting salary from €9,000/month, negotiable based on experience
• 1–2 months annual leave (to be negotiated)
