Our Client is actively seeking an experienced Private PA who will spend 6-8 months of the year accompanying the principal to Canada, USA and Hong Kong.

Duties and responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Managing household staff
  • Lady in waiting duties
  • Wardrobe management
  • Organise Housekeepers
  • Front of house duties
  • Luxury gift buying
  • Personal shopping
  • Creating Inventories
  • Diary/Calendar management
  • Gatekeeping
  • Understands the role of a Housekeeper and show willingness to fulfil ad hoc Housekeeping duties

Candidate requirements:

  • Experienced working with UHNW's
  • Excellent English is preferred
  • French speaking is preferred
  • Spanish speaking would be desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Use initiative, good decision making and have the ability to work on their own
  • Flexibility is essential
  • Good time keeping
  • Ability to work under pressure  
  • Attentive to the principals needs and requirements
  • Excellent literate skills
  • Excellent conversational skills - the candidate will be speaking with 3rd parties, including royalty and celebrities
  • Flexibility to work long hours

Hours: 40 hours per week - overtime will be paid at time and a half
The PA will not be required to work when back in the UK - this will be their time off.

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 plus Healthcare and generous annual bonus
Accommodation, travel expenses and food will be provided and paid for.

Work permits will be required to work in Canada/USA, which will be organised and paid for by the client. Full backgrounds checks will be conducted.
