Exceptional Personal Assistant – Prestigious Private Household
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: £5,000 per month (self-employed)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Fully flexible; extensive international travel required

A rare and highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, polished Personal Assistant to join an established and prestigious private household based in Kensington, London. Working closely alongside a long-standing, highly experienced PA, this role offers exceptional exposure, responsibility, and variety within a discreet, high-performing private environment.

This is not a typical PA role. It is a trusted, hands-on position at the heart of the principals’ personal and international lives, suited to someone who thrives on pace, complexity, and absolute discretion. You will be relied upon to anticipate needs, solve problems seamlessly, and ensure everything runs effortlessly.

The role is live-out, but requires complete flexibility, including 24/7 availability when working and the ability to travel worldwide at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level, seamless lifestyle management and daily personal support
  • Working in close collaboration with the senior PA to coordinate schedules, priorities, and communications
  • Acting as a professional gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for all matters
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across personal, social, and business commitments
  • Organising detailed international travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visas
  • Supporting all travel logistics, including packing, unpacking, and pre-departure planning
  • Running personal errands and handling a wide range of ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Overseeing the smooth operation of multiple international residences
  • Ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard at all times
  • Liaising with household staff, contractors, and service providers
  • Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, and management of household staff
  • Preparing residences ahead of the principals’ arrival and managing full close-down procedures after departure

The Ideal Candidate

  • London-based or within an easy daily commute
  • Completely flexible with no restrictions on travel or availability
  • Exceptionally discreet, trustworthy, and well-presented, with a strong service mindset
  • Calm, resourceful, and confident in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate needs
  • Excellent spoken and written English preferred
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern communication and organisational tools
  • Full, clean driving licence

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work within a prestigious, established private household
  • Partner with an experienced long-standing PA in a collaborative team structure
  • Exposure to international travel and global lifestyle management
  • High level of trust, responsibility and autonomy
  • A truly varied role where no two days are the same
