A professional couple living on the fringe of Canterbury, Kent are expecting the arrival of twin boys in early September 2020, and would love an experienced, knowledgeable Maternity Nurse to support and guide them in the first 6 weeks of their journey with the two boys.

The couple also have older children, two girls aged 6 and 8, for which they employ an additional Nanny.  Your sole focus will be on both the mother and new-born babies, helping them settle in at home after the birth, and putting in place a strong night routine which fits in with the family’s busy schedule.

This role is a night cover, live-in position, lasting a minimum of 6 weeks. With your knowledge and expertise, you will aid with the following:

  • Night-time routines
  • Bathing
  • Changing
  • Settling
  • Night feeds
  • Taking care of the babies' laundry, nursery, and equipment

The ideal candidate should have prior twin experience, someone who is just willing to muck in, work as a team, and support each other wherever required.

The couple will be providing live-in accommodation within their lovely family home. Please note that the family have 2 miniature dachshunds so you must be comfortable working in a household with pets.

Location: Canterbury – CT6

Children: Twin new-born boys (additional 2 children within the household)

Contract Length: 6 weeks

Start Date: September 2020 - TBC

Working Days:  6-7 nights per week

Accommodation: Own bedroom and en-suite in the family home

Salary: p24h, gross, £180-£250
