The Role
A warm and welcoming family based in Europe is seeking an experienced, caring and development-focused Nanny to join their household and support them in caring for their young baby, currently around 2–3 months old.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who genuinely loves working with babies and is passionate about child development. The family are looking for someone who will become a trusted member of their support network and work closely alongside Mum, who remains the primary caregiver.

This is very much a partnership role rather than a traditional hand-off position. The ideal nanny will be confident sharing observations, communicating openly and contributing thoughtfully to the baby's development and daily routine.

Duties & Responsibilities
The successful Nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the baby's day-to-day care, including:

• Providing attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care for the baby.
• Supporting the baby's daily routine, including feeding, changing, naps and outings.
• Creating a stimulating and engaging environment appropriate to the baby's developmental stage.
• Supporting early learning and development through play, interaction, reading, music, sensory activities and age-appropriate experiences.
• Following a Montessori-inspired, child-led approach, or being genuinely interested in learning about and implementing this philosophy.
• Working collaboratively with Mum to establish routines and approaches that work for the whole family.
• Maintaining excellent communication and keeping Mum informed throughout the day.
• Being adaptable and flexible as the baby's needs and the family's routines naturally evolve.
• Accompanying the family on occasional international travel when required.

The Ideal Candidate
The family are looking for a nanny who is warm, nurturing and genuinely passionate about working with children. The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent professional childcare and newborn experience.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic is a bonus but not essential.
• Understand or have an interest in Montessori and child-led approaches.
• Be confident, observant and proactive in their communication.
• Be flexible and adaptable as family life changes and develops.
• Have a calm, warm and nurturing personality.
• Be professional, discreet and respectful of family privacy.
• Enjoy working as part of a close partnership with Mum.
• EU passport preferred for travel purposes
• Comfortable with animals
