Our client, based in Wiltshire/Hampshire, is seeking an experienced Temporary Mixologist to support a prestigious private shooting estate across various shoot weekends from September 2026 through to January 2027.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality, private estates, country houses, or high-end events, with excellent cocktail-making and beverage service skills. A polished, personable approach and flexibility are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of high-quality cocktails, mixed drinks, and premium beverages
• Provide professional and personable drinks service to principals and guests
• Support beverage service during shoot weekends, private events, and estate entertaining
• Prepare and maintain an attractive and well-presented bar area
• Ensure all glassware, bar equipment, garnishes, and ingredients are prepared to a high standard
• Create cocktails according to guest preferences and event requirements
• Maintain excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, cocktails, and other premium beverages
• Work closely with the wider household, hospitality, and estate teams to ensure smooth service
• Assist with setting up and closing down the bar before and after events
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout service
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and immaculate personal presentation at all times
• Assist with ad-hoc hospitality duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar high-end beverage service role
• Strong cocktail-making and premium drinks service experience
• Previous experience within private households, country estates, luxury hotels, lodges, or high-end events is highly desirable
• Confident and personable with excellent guest service skills
• Flexible, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving licence preferred due to the rural estate location
• Available for temporary shoot weekends between September 2026 and January 2027

Duration: Various temporary assignments from September 2026 through to January 2027
