Overview

A prestigious private household in Mayfair is seeking an experienced and meticulous Housekeeper to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will work seamlessly alongside the existing Housekeeping team, delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and household care. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to maintaining an immaculate and well-run residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Full housekeeping duties carried out to an impeccably high standard
• Daily cleaning, tidying, and household organisation across the residence
• Specialist care of fine materials and finishes, including marble, silver, luxury fabrics, china, and glassware
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management, with careful handling of delicate and designer garments
• Monitoring household stock levels and notifying the House Manager when items need replenishing
• Promptly reporting maintenance requirements
• Upholding complete discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a UHNW private household
• Excellent knowledge of caring for fine garments, fabrics, and luxury finishes
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of the family’s privacy
• Team-oriented with clear and professional communication skills
• Immaculately presented and confident in representing the household to a high standard
