Private Chef / Cook – Job Specification
Location: Mayfair, London - nearest tube stations : Green Park / Bond Street
Start Date: September 2026
Working Days: 5 days per week (TBC)
Hours: 4 hours per day
PAYE/ Self -employed TBC
Rate: £35+ per hour

Duties

  • Grocery shopping and sourcing fresh ingredients
  • Preparing and cooking dinner only - some meal prep maybe required
  • Cooking for 1 Principal, with occasional meals for up to 4 family members

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced private chef or high-end private cook
  • Strong knowledge of healthy French and Italian cuisine
  • Experience of lactose and seafood free diets
  • Comfortable cooking for a small private household
  • Organised, reliable, and discreet
  • Able to work independently and manage shopping and dinner preparation efficiently
